Medicinal Recipe : Neem Leaves Fry / Neem Pata Bhaja
Hope , everybody is doing good. With this hope , today I am going to share yet another healthy recipe full of health benefits . As it is the month of april , ( and as we all know that march and april are the months when human body is most prone to be effected by the contagious disease chicken pox also known as varicella ). From children to adult , anybody can be effected by this disease. The natural remedy to varicella ( chicken pox ) is a very simple and not so yum recipe ( as its main ingredient is Neemleaves which tastes bitter ) , but anything for the good health of your loved ones right ? But we can definitely make our recipe a little interesting by giving it my twist. So , you may please note down the ingredients :

- wash and chop the neem leaves.
- now in a grinder grind rice salt ginger and garlic all together into a fine paste.
- heat oil in a frying pan.
- in the mean time transfer the rice paste in a bowl and mix the chopped leaves in it with a little water.
- finally , make round balls out of the paste and gently drop into the hot oil.
- after deep frying it , put them in a paper napkin to soak extra oil.
- finally serve them with steamed rice.
P.S. : trust me it wont taste that bitter as you might think.
