Hi everbody !!!

This is gonna be my first post ever on a blog which eventually happens to b my blog under blogger .
ICT & the internet thing , is the most happening and ever growing sector through which anybody and everybody can reach out to the mass/masses and express or share their passion with the world.

So without lecturing you any further , here i am with my so called passion i.e. " to look fashionable & stylish in an affordable manner ", and hence the name ' Stylishly Affordable '.

Nowadays , I hve seen majority of the yongsters think that in order to purchase fashionable clothes they hve to go to the posh outlets of  "whos who" in the fashion industry. to change this mindset here I am with my blog 'Stylishly Affordable' , to give u a few tips on HOW and WHERE to go , to make yourself look HOT & HAPPENING even in a tight budget of say rs.500.

I hope all my readers especially the youngsters who still survive on "pocket money" , will read and like my posts n hopefully I can continue to entertain you n keep blogging for a long time to come . AMEN !!!

I like keeping my posts simple,short and precise, cause that is the way I like reading others post. Reading long posts can be tiresome, time consuming and you may lose interest by the end. so I would try to keep my posts precise & as short as possible.

It was time for our annual trip and we decided to visit such a place that remains covered with snow during winters. Since in India not all cities are privileged to witness snow or snowfall ; its kind of a bliss if you get to witness such luxuries. hello, my fellow readers Its been quite sometime I have not posted any of my simple and yet mouth watering recipes. So , today I am in full mood to share one of my simplest recipe.  Monsoon has arrived in India and during monsoons every woman of the house becomes lethargic. We all love to be served during this period rather than to serve. It's not our fault ladies it's the weather's fault. It was one of those days when you and your husband pushes the other to go to the kitchen and prepare atleast something eatable for lunch. Finally, I took the initiative to approach the dreading kitchen and our semi loaded fridge where I luckily found chicken in the freezer and mind you chicken is the easiest thing to cook out of all other dishes in the world (according to me). So how about preparing a lazy dish on a Sunday afternoon where you will only have to marinate the stuff and it will be ready. MAGIC! Catla (Bengal Carp) Curry Recipe/ Katla Maacher Jhol .

Hi one and all , I try updating my blog and keep posting on a regular interval of two days . So today , i have come up with yet another simple recipe . Being a bengali if i dont post a fish recipe , my family for sure will discard me . Fish is like a staple food for bengalis . We eat fish like 365 days a year . Ya you have read it right. I am sure you must be giving expressions like ( WHAT THE FISH ) !!!!! Never mind its a long story with fish and bengalis. And yes you have guessed it right today i will be posting a fish curry recipe. Since i believe in hassle free cooking  , my recipe will take hardly 30mins to cook. On a regular basis for lunch and dinner we bengalis eat either rohu fish ( salmon ) or katla fish  ( bengal carp ) . I will be preparing today's fish curry with bengal carp since that is what my husband bought from the fish market last night. You can cook the recipe with any other fish as well.
